The location in the newly developed area of Barcelona was marvellous and beautiful. Besides, it was really close to the historic Barcelona center, the ocean and beach and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing breakfast in the lounge area.

Place was terrific and lovely, enjoyed the stay.

the hotel's location was awesome, so close to several restaurants that have outdoor patios and spain and very convinient shopping center, with good selection of restaurant outside in patio area. moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from llevant.

Room and beautiful views.

The woman who ran the room service was very rude. I called to ask her for a bottle of wine and after 15-20 minutes waiting I called again. The woman hesitated to tell me that she had called only 5-10 minutes earlier. I understand that you may be busy but if you are, please let me know politely. I also work in front of the public and education is something that should never be lost no matter what the circumstances are . On top of all this my guy paid for the bottles the next day at check-out and two days later he received a payment of 100 euros (which doesn't belong in the room because I paid for it), when he asked for explanations they said it was a "mistake" and sent him to call the accounting department (???? If they made the mistake they should fix it themselves). To this day we are still waiting for the refund. A total disaster.

The staff was excellent. They helped me with everything that I needed. The breakfast was just amazing! The best breakfast I ever had on a hotell before. Location was perfect for shopping, beach, near metro and Tram. A perfect hotell!

room was comfortable and clean. two waiters who served me breakfast during the buffet were the most polite, respectful, kind and attentive waiters I have ever met in my entire life. They should be promoted, besides the fact that they spoke English very well. I liked the infrastructure of the hotel and bathroom, kettle with the cups and coffee and tea bags. I liked the location of the hotel, near the Barcelona Convention Centre and one of the stops of the Barcelona BusTuristic which was 500 metres from the hotel.

I didn't like the lack of professionalism of a receptionist. I phoned to ask about the possibility of being able to exchange a breakfast buffet for a lunch or dinner, as I was not going to be able to eat the breakfast I had already paid for because I had to check out early, in a despicable way she said no. I also didn't like being charged for the phone calls I made to call a taxi to pick me up from the hotel. I paid 30. 31 euros. In the hotels I have been to previously, calls for taxis were not charged. I was disappointed. Sometimes, because of the demand for guests, there were not enough receptionists to attend to us. I, who had my time measured by a lot of activities I had to do, was desperate for the lack of attention. hotel restaurant was expensive for the quality of the food they provided. I asked for a dish that had chicken and vegetables (as healthy as possible) and waitress recommended one. the order arrived, chicken was swimming in oil and vegetables had been fried as well. I didn't complain but I definitely wouldn't go back to the restaurant inside the Hilton. Finally, I asked for my printed receipt when I checked out and was surprised to find that I was being charged for using the bar and snacks in the room (13 euros a day) when I never ate any snacks, much less had any drinks from the minibar. receptionist who attended me told me that there was an extra charge on my bill and that's why she would send it to me by email after regularizing the amount charged. I was never emailed the receipt and I never received a response to the emails I sent asking for it urgently.

Facilities, executive lounge , management

Front desk staff messed up our keys twice, incl issueing keys to a room that was already occupied! Manager took care of us with upgrades and we were Very Happy after that.

Design, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was amacing. Nice stay for a reasonable value. Acsess to the city is very easy by metro or taxi. Beaches nearby are clean and familyfriendly.

A lack of athmosfere, It's hard to put words on a feeling, The swimmingpool was lovely, ut some of the gards would not allow children to have fun there like children do, so at times they did not have the greatest time.

I thought everyting was excellant at this hotel.

Location is out of centre, but transport is very close by. Bus stops just across the road (number 41) and the metro and tram are just the other side of the Diagonal Mar shopping centre.

The hotel had a central setting in the center of the action. Being a short way from Kurz & Gut was nice, we had dinner there. We truly enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant.

really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there next time we go to barcelona. Pool area was wonderful, large area with lovely comfy couches and plenty beds round pool. Room was great and the choice of food at breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and professional

No complaints at all

I had a nice stay with a great view from my twin room, and the relaxing pool area helped me unwind after a long day. They have some awesome sun loungers and a lovely sun terrace perfect for chilling out. otherwise, you might miss out! 🌞

Excellent service and good, clean and comfortable rooms. A nice quiet place to relax away from Barcelona's noise.

I found the staff to be excellent. Before we arrived, I asked for instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport. I also asked for champagne to be delivered to a friend's room, for a limo service for them from the airport. All was very well organized. The reception staff assisted us in making decisions about tours and restaurants.

The spacious king room offered a fine view of the beach, and the breakfast was a treat with freshly squeezed juices and assorted pastries. My previous trips to barcelona were nice, but this experience was so nice.
